Consulting in Practice Terms and Conditions


  1. All applications are subject to availability and receipt of payment of the Module Workshop fees.

  2. A place is not guaranteed or confirmed until we send confirmation of your booking to you following receipt of payment. In the event that we cannot accept your application, any payment received by Consulting in Practice shall be promptly returned to you.

  3. Please check your confirmatory emails very carefully. To correct any errors you must inform us of the mistake and send the correct details by email to  within 48 hours of receipt of the confirmatory email (such receipt to be deemed to have occurred at the time of sending).

  4. It should be noted that Consulting in Practice does not provide overnight accommodation, although this can be arranged with the venue separately.

  5. Payments:
    All payments must be received within 14 days from the date of booking. We accept payment through the BACS system and by cheque. Our bank account details are shown on the Consulting in Practice Invoice.

  6. Cancellations, transfers and changes
    All transfers and cancellations must be made in writing to Consulting in Practice insert email and will be acknowledged in writing. There is no charge for transferring a booked place to another named person.

  7. Cancellation Charges
    There is no charge for cancellations made in writing to Consulting in Practice 20 or more working days before the start of the Module Workshop.

    For cancellations made after this time, the following percentages of the Fees shall be retained by Consulting in Practice:

    15 – 20 working days 25%
    5- 14 working days 50 %
    0- 4 working days (or failure to attend) 100%
    Refunds will be made after the Workshop, no later than 30 days after the final day.

  8. Changes
    Consulting in Practice reserves the right to cancel or postpone a Module Workshop at any time and offer a credit or a refund without any liability to you. The programme for Module Workshops is correct at the time of going to print. However, you accept that alterations may occasionally be necessary.

  9. Liability
    Consulting in Practice does not accept any liability for:
    (a) advice given or views expressed by Module Workshop speakers or participants
    (b) materials provided to the participants by such speakers; views expressed by them are their own;
    or (c) for activities arranged informally for you by third parties during the Module Workshop
